Case study 2

Cyber Risk – A fusion of cyber security and risk management.

Details

Consumer: Individual
Fusion: Cyber security | Risk management
Timeframe: 4 weeks part-time

These individuals needed to build a client’s risk profile that integrated with their cyber security program and present it to the Board.

The problem

A client currently does not have a risk profile for its security posture at the organisation. The consulting firm has won an opprtunity to build the risk profile in line with the client’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) and integrate it into the cyber security program. This will be presented to the CISO and CRO jointly.

Their consultants are experts in the field of operational risk, however are unfamiliar with cyber risk management. They decided to engage Arascina to upskill them so that they could service their client and add credibility to future cyber risk proposals.

Explore how we reverse-engineered the work outcome into a custom syllabus for the consultants.
