What makes an Arascina course unique?
Instructor-led and hybrid online
Classes are run live online with an instructor or as a hybrid online course. This ensures you receive direct access to leading expertise and can ask questions in class with direct feedback. While content is conceptually the same, this also means that no two lessons are the same as it is at your level of understanding.
Immersive learning
Some of our learners have often said, “Wow, that was very fast-paced and interactive. I couldn’t even look at my phone for a moment because I would have fallen behind.”
Our courses will get you hands-on with interactive elements during a class. You will be engaging and interacting with your cohort and other peers in the global community during classes and activities.
Critical thinking
It’s great to have courses that give you lots of definitions and knowledge of topics. But then what?
Arascina courses combine knowledge and its application through practical projects such that you enhance your critical thinking and obtain a skill.
High-intensity, short and sharp
Classes are run with high-intensity and pack a “punch” when it comes to content.
All courses are between 4 and 6 weeks part-time. Our research shows that anything less is insufficient time to grasp the skills needed for work and anything greater results in a loss of focus for busy working professionals. That’s why we don’t offer lengthy degrees or certifications.
Global community support
Your instructor will be supporting you every step of the course. On top of that, you are encouraged to engage with your cohort and any previous cohorts for ongoing support during the course. Both during and after the course, you will join a global community of professional non-techie peers that are learning and supporting each other.
Practical experience
Arascina places a strong emphasis on practical skills in its online short courses. These components have been carefully curated for non-tech professionals such that you can demonstrate experience in a given domain that would normally be expected of you in a given role. Learners often use their sponsoring or current company’s project such that the learning complements their work deliverable at the same time, while others choose to use a model company to simulate different activities.
The Arascina Learning Way
87% of executives are currently facing a skills gap in the workforce or expecting them in a few years (McKinsey, Beyond hiring).
This is a skills gap, not a knowledge gap.
Arascina bridges the gap between knowledge and application with skills-based courses.

“Industry certification programs are important — at our company, we encourage our employees to take them — but they alone don’t make you an expert ready to hit the ground running. It’s essential to have a very specific, hands-on training curriculum that is optimized for your own environment.”
